We’re coming up on the end of 2017, and as we’re counting up the year’s wins and losses, one major silver lining is how much more inclusive advertising has become. Coming from brands like Wildfox, Nike, and a slew of other labels, now more than ever, we’re seeing ads that accurately reflect how all people look. The shift is coming through in small ways, too—Asos stopped Photoshopping out its models’ stretch marks, and last month people noticed that Missguided had followed suit. Now the brand is taking it a step further, with a campaign that’s one of the best things we’ve seen all year.

Mira Sorvino and Ashley Judd have responded to the news that Harvey Weinstein actively blacklisted them

During the watershed Harvey Weinstein saga that the media uncovered in recent weeks, we learned that Weinstein sexually harassed and abused many women throughout his career, and we also learned that he intentionally tried to ruin the careers of the women who rejected or reported him. Director Peter Jackson revealed that Weinstein went out of his way to blacklist and smear the names of Ashley Judd and Mira Sorvino when Jackson was casting Lord of the Rings with Weinstein.

The company behind the backless, sleeveless jumper nicknamed the ‘Virgin Killer’ has revealed it’s bringing out new designs – including a version of the revealing sweater that comes with a plunging neckline.

The barely-there knitwear sold out quickly in March this year after Japanese models posed wearing them – and manufacturers Village Vanguard say they’ve now conjured up an even more daring range.

The latest designs, which the company are expecting to sell again at lightning speed, include a bikini and jumpers ‘with cleavage’.
